1. AI Technical Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced AI Program Manager who can drive the strategic development of AI-powered products while bridging business objectives with technical execution. The ideal candidate should be able to shape the long-term product vision and translate it into a clear roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
We expect this role to lead AI product initiatives from ideation through deployment, ensuring effective collaboration across engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams. The person should be capable of translating business needs into well-defined product requirements, prioritizing features, and driving delivery against strategic objectives.
A strong understanding of AI product development is essential, with the ability to ensure that AI models and product capabilities meet high standards for quality, performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. We also expect a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining transparent communication throughout the product lifecycle.
The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives support the broader digital and data strategy of the organization. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable presenting product vision, roadmap updates, key insights, and strategic recommendations to both technical and business audiences.
Position requirements:
University degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML product ownership or technical program leadership.
Practical experience with AI technologies (machine learning models, LLMs, data pipelines, or MLOps).
Experience managing cross-functional development cycles and delivering complex digital products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions.
Understanding AI platforms, APIs, and modern software development methodologies is a plus.
Fluent in English
2. Data/ML/AI Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Build and operate reliable, scalable ETL/ELT workflows across multiple data sources.
Maintain and extend the data ingestion framework to handle large-scale network telemetry, log data, and KPIs.
Develop chatbots and AI assistants utilizing:
Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
On‑premise, open‑source LLM solutions
Integrate AI solutions with internal data platforms, APIs, and knowledge bases.
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and platform standardization
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, PySpark, etc.) and dbt for data transformation and scripting
Advanced SQL (analytical queries, window functions, performance tuning)
Good command of Linux/Unix environments
Experience with Docker containers and orchestration using Kubernetes will be beneficial
Workflow automation using Apache Airflow (DAG creation, scheduling, dependencies)
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is a plus
Experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, or AI chatbots
Knowledge of data warehousing or Lakehouse architecture
3. Senior Full stack developer
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (React framework), SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle), WebServices (SOAP and REST), XML, JSON, HTTP / HTTPS protocols, security and performance aspects of public web applications
Good knowledge of PHP programming language
Good knowledge of NodeJS. Knowledge of frameworks such as Express or NestJS is desirable
Excellent knowledge of general concepts in programming: algorithms, data structures, OOP, design patterns, integration patterns
Good knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
Desirable experience with TypeScript, Flux and Redux
Preferred knowledge: Linux OS (RedHat / Centos)
Experience in using Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Kibana, Elastic search
Desirable experience working within agile teams
Team player, proactivity and communication
Good knowledge of English
